INSTRUCTIONS 

• Purchase the TOTAL # of shirts you need
  
• Add any Logo Embellishments.
  
• For order of 10+ items, add Rush Order Fee if you need to receive your order in less than 3 weeks. Please include the date you need the shirts by in the cart or on the spreadsheet.
  
• Either leave a note in the cart with the styles/sizes/colors/logos/etc.
  
• OR, if it's more complicated than a simple list, please fill out the spreadsheet
