Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, fit, color preference, or change of mind. Please review the sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing/embellishment error, or damage that occurred before or during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description of the issue and photos.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

If You Change Your Mind

Because your item is custom made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns simply because you don't like the item or have changed your mind.

If an item doesn't work out for you, you are welcome to resell or pass it along to another teacher.
