These babies are a lifesaver for those of you who are sick of applying, removing, and reapplying stickers until the cows come home. Chord Helpers can be easily placed before your 2nd year class, then switched up for 3rd year or Presto classes, or removed altogether for your private students. Save those fingernails, friends!
The 2.0 version is made of rubber and is MUCH more sturdy — no more snapping or bending Chord Helpers! YAY!!!!
You will need one set of 2 for each student keyboard. This is NOT for RH/LH. Since we don't introduce the hands at the same time, there's no need to have both hands.
For the right hand (RH):
Start with the RH Red Chord Helper.
Then switch to the other piece with the Red/Yellow side.
Switch back to the first piece and flip the side that has R/Y/B.
For the left hand (LH) the following semester:
Again, start with Red.
Then switch to the other piece and use the Red/BLUE side.
Switch again to the first piece with the R/Y/B side.

Purple stickers can be purchased to add to the red/blue side for the Presto purple chord.
White stickers can be purchased to cover up the notes of the red chord that are NOT middle C for those first few weeks.
These can also be used during 3rd year for inversions by using both pieces and telling the students to ignore whatever color doesn't correspond to the chord they're working on.
